Dr. Feipeng Xiao

Dr. Feipeng Xiao possesses an excellent record of education and academic & industrial experiences in civil engineering filed with more than 25-year work experience, obtained professional engineer (PE) license in Maryland, UAS in 2008. He is currently working a Professor and Department Chair at Road and Airport Engineering in Tongji University, China. Dr. Xiao was appointed for Editor of Journal Construction and Building Materials, Associate Editor and Editorial Board Member of five international well-known journals. He has been widely recognized in pavement sustainable materials research including more than 250 peer reviewed articles. His publications are broadly cited by the researchers from all over the world and he has always been awarded as top cited researcher in China in “civil and structure engineering areas” since 2014, (google scholar over 13000 citations). He has worked many projects of various sustainable pavement structure and materials from different sources of world, including Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), Department of Transportation at South Carolina, USA, Civil Aviation Administration of China, Ministry of Transport of China, National Natural Science Foundation of China. Dr. Xiao has excellent experiences in supervising all level of students from various countries included Sri Lanka, Cambodia, Nepal, Yemen, Egypt and Afghanistan.
